For business owners who need reliable help with administrative and operational tasks, without hiring a full‑time employee.

This can include scheduling, invoicing and payments, light bookkeeping, ordering and email support — all within clearly defined monthly hours.

What Working Together Will Look Like -

First, you’ll complete an initial intake form so I can understand what kind of support you’re looking for and what’s currently feeling most pressing.

Next, we’ll meet for a free 20-minute consultation call to make sure we’re aligned, confirm scope and clarify what support would feel most helpful.

Then, I’ll set up and share your personalized Client Hub in Notion, along with a short video walkthrough so you feel comfortable using the space from the start.

Depending on the services you’ve chosen, you’ll also complete a more detailed intake to help me understand specifics like systems, workflows and brand direction.

We’ll schedule a first working session to map out priorities, share access to relevant platforms and create a realistic schedule moving forward.

From there, tasks can be updated in Notion and communication can happen via Slack or voice notes. For operational support, we’ll meet at least once per month to review progress, realign priorities and adjust as needed.

Best for: solo practitioners and service‑based businesses who want more space to focus solely on their practice.

Pricing

Minimum 1 hour / week, up to 4 hours / week. 

Rate: $35/hour
