My name is Audrey Remde and I was born and raised in Watsonville, CA.
I offer operational assistance, creative implementation and aligned guidance for entrepreneurs.
Through working a variety of jobs from food service to retail to office management, I began seeing the knack I have for creating structure, organization and practical plans within the businesses I have worked for. As a co-founder of my own business, 5e, a health and wellness brand, I learned what it takes to not only build a business from the ground up, but keep it running in a way that works with my life as well.
My personal journey has influenced the way I see my work, because I believe the blocks we face at work and with our businesses are often a reflection of our personal struggles and vice versa. With co-founding my own business and through working within different management structures, I’ve found what is often valued the most about me is my ability to see the whole picture.
I received my Health Coaching Certificate from INN in 2022, and this program solidified this ability and provided me with many more tools to guide people from a holistic point of view. This allows me to notice what’s actually getting in the way, helping to untangle competing priorities and blocks and translate goals and ideas into realistic, digestible next steps.

Rather than focusing only on tasks or systems, I look at the full picture: your capacity, rhythms, values and the way you naturally move through work and decision-making. The way you operate as a person directly shapes how your business functions and many challenges or blocks show up not because you’re doing something wrong, but because the structure no longer fits you.
At the core, I’m building a partnership with you. Through collaborative conversation, accountability and clear, grounded steps, we work toward clarity and momentum in a way that feels sustainable. The goal is not just a more organized business, but a business that supports your life — one that feels more easeful, enjoyable and aligned with how you actually work.
